Our pilates  and yogalates class are essential for core strength, long lean muscles and balance. Please see the schedule for our group classes and make your appointment today. Private sessions are also available

Personal Fitness Training is designed to fit to you.  After a sit down information session, your personal program will be designed to get the results you want.  


Private reformer classes are available by appointment only and are $110 for a 45 minute session.  Packages are also available.  Please contact us for scheduling your private session today!

Boot Camps and HIIT Classes

Our boot camps are fun and energetic!  They are a mix of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength training. Campers can all modify to their individual fitness level.

HIIT classes are 45 minutes and are a mix of tabata style intervals and traditional intervals with a wonderful stretch and meditation at the conclusion.
